Step 1: Purchase of vouchers:

1. Applicants can buy the vouchers with Mobile Money and VISA/Mastercard OR online through the button below:

                    

     2.  Applicants can buy the vouchers using USSD on shortcode *887*9# on ALL networks

*Note:  Applicants will receive a text message with PIN ONLY. There will be no serial numbers used in the verification of vouchers.
